Sharbateh Albaloo – Persian Sour Cherry Drink

One of my favorite beverages, holidays or otherwise! I use Zergut Sour Cherry Syrup, which is sold in the Twin Cities at Caspian Bistro & Marketplace and is available online.
Directions
- Take a glass and fill it with ice.
- Add sour cherry syrup—it is up to you how much syrup to put in, depending on how sweet you like your drink. (I typically add 1/8 cup syrup.)
- Then add water (or plain seltzer) and stir!
