Restaurant Alma Sorghum Old Fashioned

Pick up a bottle of sorghum syrup from beloved Minnesota restaurant, cafe, and hotel: Alma. The recipe below is printed on the bottle. It’s become a significant holiday tradition for us!
Ingredients
- ¼ oz of Sorghum Syrup (preferably the Restaurant Alma version)
- 2 oz of rye whiskey (preferably Bulleit Rye)
- 3 dashes of orange bitters
- Orange peel or cherry
Directions :
- In a glass with a huge ice cube, add sorghum syrup, whiskey, and bitters. Stir.
- Garnish with orange peel or cherry.
