Nigerian Chicken (or Beef) and Hotdog Shawarma

Ingredients
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Cayenne pepper (if you want it spicy)
- Shredded cabbage and carrots
- Pita bread
- Cooked and seasoned diced chicken (or beef)
- Cooked hotdogs
Directions
- Mix 5 teaspoons of mayonnaise and 2 teaspoons of ketchup in a bowl. Add the cayenne pepper (optional).
- In a different bowl, mix the shredded cabbage and carrots, cooked diced chicken (or beef), and 2 teaspoons of your mayonnaise and ketchup mix (from step 1 above) together.
- Open up the pita bread into two and place one a bit above the other (like you would if making a burrito).
- Spread your mayonnaise and ketchup mix in the middle intersection of your opened pita bread, add some of your shredded cabbage and carrots and cooked diced chicken (or beef) mix on your mayonnaise and ketchup mix, and then add one hotdog (or two) to each side of the mix on the pita bread.
- Add more of your mayonnaise and ketchup mix to the spread if you like things creamy.
- Tightly roll up your pita bread.
- Place in an air fryer for about 3-5 minutes.
