Hot Onion Soufflé Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 – 10 oz. bag of frozen diced onions (Ore Ida)
  • 3 – 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
  • 2 cups of shredded Parmesan
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Crostini or crackers, to serve.

Directions

  1. Set out bag of frozen onions to defrost. Set out cream cheese blocks so they soften up.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Once softened combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Place mixture into an attractive, greased baking dish.
  5. Bake until lightly browned on top, about 45 to 50 minutes.
  6. Serve with crackers and/or crostini.
