Ingredients
- 1 – 10 oz. bag of frozen diced onions (Ore Ida)
- 3 – 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
- 2 cups of shredded Parmesan
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Crostini or crackers, to serve.
Directions
- Set out bag of frozen onions to defrost. Set out cream cheese blocks so they soften up.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Once softened combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Place mixture into an attractive, greased baking dish.
- Bake until lightly browned on top, about 45 to 50 minutes.
- Serve with crackers and/or crostini.
