Baked French Toast

A simple dish for holiday mornings that is prepared the night before.
Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 ½ cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- bread slices (your choice of bread)
Directions
- Melt 1 stick of margarine or butter in 9×13 pan
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together and add melted margarine or butter
- Cover with 2 layers of bread slices
- Beat eggs, milk and salt and pour over the bread
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
- Flip upside down on plate and serve with butter and syrup
