This is a favorite family Christmas treat that I made every year until I could no longer find a key ingredient – the fruit-flavored marshmallows – at my grocery store. I have found them again at a different grocery store near me, so I can resurrect the recipe!

• ¾ c Butterscotch chips
• ¾ c Semisweet chocolate chips
• ½ c Butter
• ¾ c Peanut Butter
• 1-10 oz. bag of fruit-flavored mini marshmallows (Lemon, Lime, Orange & Strawberry) such as Jet-Puffed fruity-fun

1. Prepare a 9×13 pan (butter sides and bottom)
2. Place chips, butter, and peanut butter in a double boiler and stir until melted and mixed
3. Set aside the double boiler to cool a bit, then add 1 tsp vanilla and marshmallows, stir to coat marshmallows
4. Add candy to 9×13 pan.
5. Keep refrigerated (or frozen) until ready to serve.
