Chocolate Marshmallow Candy
Sharon Frisell
“Easy, family-favorite holiday treat.”

This is a favorite family Christmas treat that I made every year until I could no longer find a key ingredient – the fruit-flavored marshmallows – at my grocery store. I have found them again at a different grocery store near me, so I can resurrect the recipe!
Ingredients
- ¾ c Butterscotch chips
- ¾ c Semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ c Butter
- ¾ c Peanut Butter
- 1-10 oz. bag of fruit-flavored mini marshmallows (Lemon, Lime, Orange & Strawberry) such as Jet-Puffed fruity-fun
Directions :
- Prepare a 9×13 pan (butter sides and bottom)
- Place chips, butter, and peanut butter in a double boiler and stir until melted and mixed
- Set aside the double boiler to cool a bit, then add 1 tsp vanilla and marshmallows, stir to coat marshmallows
- Add candy to 9×13 pan.
- Keep refrigerated (or frozen) until ready to serve.
